Your planning selections.
The property planner asks for project preferences and site unknowns, not a name, address, email, or phone number. Selections remain in page memory unless you choose “Save on this browser.” That button stores the selections in local storage under the key irvine-adu-guide-planner-v1.
A saved brief can remain after you close the page. Reset deletes the saved key; you can also clear site data in your browser. Other people using the same browser profile may see the brief. Downloaded files and printed copies are separate and must be managed by you.
The budget worksheet uses page memory only. Amounts are not saved by the site and clear on reload. Neither tool has a submission endpoint or sends your entries to a contractor, city department, or lead recipient.
Normal page requests still occur.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font services, which receive normal request information such as an IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for their handling of those requests.
The site contains links to other websites. Following those links loads services governed by their own policies. The current site does not include an analytics tag, advertising pixel, or tracking cookie.
The public site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process ordinary network, request, and security information when serving pages. Hosting logs are separate from the planner’s optional local-storage key; the website does not expose those logs through the planning tools.
The estimate request form.
This website is operated by Irvine ADU Contractor. When you send the estimate request form, we collect your name, phone number, property address or neighborhood, the project type you choose, the page you sent it from, and how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine or campaign tag). We use this only to reply to you about your project and to keep a record of the request.
Your request goes to our customer records and to the team members who follow up, through service providers that host this website and our records and notify our team. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We keep the record while we are in contact about a project and as needed for our business records. To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, call (949) 763-5237.
Calls to that number involve ordinary phone carrier and service-provider processing. The planner is separate and does not ask for contact details.
